Zusammenfassung:	To provide a data processing device capable of assisting introduction of a unit system formed by arbitrarily combining a plurality of kinds of unit members. When unit images UP displayed/output on a display screen of a display device 801 are laid out by the layout operation of an input device 802, the dimension of occupation in the left/right direction of frame units corresponding to the layout is computed and output/displayed. Accordingly, when the unit system, in which a plurality of kinds of frame units are arbitrarily combined, connected in the vertical direction and disposed in the left/right direction, is newly introduced, the layout of the frame units can be easily planned, and the dimension in the left/right direction of the laid-out frame units can be easily confirmed.
