Zusammenfassung:A plate-bending device is described. A base has a block wall surface to secure a plate. A press apparatus is installed on the base. The press apparatus has a push rod having a fixed movable distance to bend the plate, which is partially in contact with the block wall surface. The push rod moves along a direction perpendicular to the block wall surface so as to bend a portion of the plate, which is not contact with the block wall surface, until the push rod moves beyond the block wall surface.
