An assembling/disassembling apparatus of spectacles comprises a fixing seat fixed and combined with a spectacles frame and an assembling/disassembling unit. The fixing seat includes a surrounding wall having a seizing hole penetrating through the inner and outer surfaces of the surrounding wall; and the assembling/disassembling unit comprises a combined member and an assembled/disassembled member fixed and connected with the combined member, in which the combined member can be assembled together with and disassembled from the fixing seat and has a seizing unit that can charge into the seizing hole. The assembled/disassembled member can be a nose piece or a temple, and the fixing seat is correspondingly disposed at the part for assembling a nose piece or a temple on the frame.
