Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a micro-particle using electrodialysis and reducing apparatus cost as well as producing cost of hydroxide and/or oxide and a manufacturing method thereof. The micro-particle of hydroxide and/or oxide is manufactured by using a conductive liquid which is a poor solvent relative to hydroxide and/or oxide as synthesis room liquid, as well as using a synthesis room set through cation exchange film and a desalting room full of electrolytic liquid containing metallic ion turned from hydroxide and oxide, and then electrifying with a voltage lager than the theoretical decomposition voltage of water.
