Folded pipeline DAC with single phase

The present invention discloses a folded pipeline DAC (digital-to-analog converter) with single phase, including: a phase generator for outputting a plurality of non-synchronous phase signals with repeated transmission; a plurality of flip-flops for receiving digital data and outputting the digital data according to a clock signal, wherein the clock signal includes the phase signal; a plurality of folded pipeline DACs for receiving the flip-flop output and transferring the digital data according to the phase signal to output at next clock signal; and an output buffer for receiving output of the folded pipeline DAC to output a transforming result.
