Exercise apparatus

The present invention is to provide an exercise apparatus with upper half body exercise device, including a left hand object, a right hand object and a force transmission system. The force transmission system has two opposite ends respectively connected to the two objects, and an elastic unit is provided between the two ends. When one of the objects moves from its start point to the end point, the corresponding end of the force transmission system is driven to produce corresponding forward movement, and the elastic unit correspondingly increases deformation and elastic force. When one end of the force transmission system makes backward movement, the corresponding object is driven to move form its end point to the start point, and the elastic unit correspondingly decreases deformation and elastic force. The elastic force of the elastic unit enables the forward movement of one end to gradually match with the backward movement of the other end.
