Zusammenfassung: | Thin invention is about a high thermal conductivity die casing aluminum alloy used especially for heat dissipation in 3C products. The new aluminum die casting alloy contains mainly 1.0~5.0wt% nickel, 0.1~1.0wt% iron, and 0~2.0wt%zinc with the remaining aluminum and some inevitable impurities. The new die casing aluminum alloy can achieve a thermal conductivity above 200W/m.K, which is more than double of those of common aluminum die casting alloys such as ADC10, ADC12, A380 or A383, A384. Such a high performance offers great opportunities in solutions for heat dissipation in many electronic and electrical components. |
