Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a high-temperature resistant protection film with characterization in that during the co-extrusion of the protection film, the temperature of the material is adjusted according to the production rate, product thickness and uniformity of the thickness. The precision of material temperature is controlled within ±10 DEG C. High temperature causes thermal decomposition of part of polymer chains, and free radicals in the broken segment of the chains are served as a source of viscidity. Rapid cooling can inhibit the crystallization process and the surface of the protection film is flat and the viscidity is increased. Therefore, film lamination or glue coating of a gluing layer is not needed due to its own viscidity. After vacuum forming or thermal pressing forming, the protection film is still easy to pill off.
