Zusammenfassung:	A process release sheet for producing a synthetic skin is provided, wherein the process release sheet can produce a synthetic skin having a high release property and high uniformity on its surface in addition to having a texture of medium gloss. Also, a method for easily producing a synthetic skin having a texture of uniform and medium gloss is provided. The process release sheet of the present invention is used when producing a synthetic skin and comprises a substrate and a release agent layer which is formed by applying a release agent coating having a silicone emulsion and a water-soluble resin on the substrate. The method of the present invention comprises a process for forming a skin layer on the process release sheet by applying a resin coating for the synthetic skin and a process for releasing the process release sheet from the skin layer of the synthetic skin.
