By controlling at least one of the following parameters: the operation time of the first blower, the amount of wind discharged by the first blower, the operation time of the second blower, and the amount of wind discharged by the second blower, the drying performance will not be reduced and the air discharged to the outside can be prevented from over-heating or forming condensation on the outside of the device.
