Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a rewriting device of display panels, comprising an electronic board, a writing unit and a control device. The electronic board has an electronic ink layer sandwiched in between two panels. The writing unit that has no electricity and ink pigment is used to press on the electronic board for perform a writing operation, so as to enable the electronic board to display the written message at the pressed point. The control device has two output terminals that can output the electric potential difference with high and low electric potentials respectively to form an electric field which is forward applied to the electronic ink layer.
