High-pressure gas discharge lamp with auxiliary reflective apparatus

A high-pressure vapor discharge lamp with auxiliary reflective apparatus, including a reflective mask, a discharge lamp, an auxiliary reflective mirror and a cooling apparatus. The discharge lamp is set on the neck of the reflective mask and the discharge area is at the inner part of the reflective mask. The auxiliary reflective mirror with an auxiliary reflective surface and a perforation reflects ineffective light generated from the discharge area to the reflective mask to form effective light wherein the auxiliary reflective mirror put on the discharge lamp through the perforation and the auxiliary reflective surface faced to the discharge area and the inner part of the reflective mask. A cooling air is generated from the cooling apparatus for cooling the discharge lamp and the assistant reflective mirror, so as to maintain the temperature under the normal operating range to extend the service life.
