Zusammenfassung:	To disclose a transfer device and a liquid crystal panel inspection apparatus having the same. The transfer device includes one frame, a mobile object, a first driving unit, a pair of cantilevers, a second driving unit, and a clamping member. The mobile object is slidably coupled to a frame. The first driving unit is attached to the frame and moves the mobile object. The pair of the cantilevers are slidably coupled to the mobile object so as to face each other. The second driving unit is attached to the mobile object and moves the cantilevers. The clamping member for clamping an object to be transferred which is transferred by the mobile object is installed to each cantilever.
