Zusammenfassung: | This invention provides a laminate for HDD suspension, which can avoid data loss and crosstalk involved in high frequency and can meet a demand for a reduction in size and an increase in capacitance of HDD, and a process for producing the same. The laminate for HDD suspension comprises a 10 to 50 m-thick stainless steel layer, a conductor layer (a) formed of a 0.1 to 10 m -thick metal layer having an electric conductivity of 10 to 100% IACS, a 5 to 20 m -thick insulating layer formed of a polyimide resin having a coefficient of linear expansion of 1 10-5 to 3x10-5/ C, and a 5 to 50 m -thick conductor layer (b).
