Electronic parts inspection system

The electronic parts inspecting system comprises an electronic component feeding part for feeding the electronic components; an electronic component aligning part for transferring without vibration and aligning the electronic components; a glass circular disk; a position detection part for electronic components for generating a trigger signal and an encoder value; a photographing part for electronic components for photographing the four sides of the electronic components; a discharging part for discharging the electronic components by injecting the compressed air, the trigger signal and the encoder value along with the photographed image are used to determine the quality of part; and a controlling part for controlling the discharging part based on the results of the determination. This invention is effective for stably aligning the electronic component, for improving in selective performance, and for improving the discharging response.
