From the recycling solution circuit (26) the solution returned to the buffer tank (27) first is cooled down in the cooling coil (25) and proceeded heat transfer with condensed coil (19). Thereby, the solution delivered to condensed coil (19) is cooled down and condensed. Thereby, it won't need the existed condenser with condensed coil and cooling coil, respectively.
