Zusammenfassung: | A method for manufacturing single-walled carbon nanotube with high purity is provided. The method includes following steps :first, a raw material mixture in spray form, containing a source hydrocarbon, a metallocene and a sulfur compound, is introduced to a transmission zone with flowing hydrogen gas at a linear velocity of 1~50 m/sec. Wherein, corresponding to the total mass of the hydrogen gas and the raw material mixture, the concentration of the raw material mixture is 0.01~2.0 mass%, the concentration of the metallocene is 0.001~0.2 mass%, and the concentration of the sulfur compound is 1/8~4 times of the metallocene's mass ratio. Secondly, the hydrogen gas and the raw material mixture flow into a reaction zone with temperature of 800~1,000 DEG C. |
