Cleaning and removal of mold release agent coated on plastic workpiece by means of pressurized liquid in an airtight container

The present invention relates to cleaning and removal of mold release agent coated on plastic workpiece by means of pressurized liquid in an enclosed container. The plastic workpiece is placed in the enclosed container. This invention uses the physical properties of high diffusivity and low viscosity of pressurized liquid, through temperature and pressure control and regulation, to remove release agent that is coated on an outer layer of an injection molded workpiece in order to provide the workpiece with acceptable appearance during injection molding, and thus facilitating subsequent joining, painting or coating process. This invention reduces operation time, removes and collects release agent at the same time, without the need to consume a great amount of electricity for drying the plastic workpiece.
