To achieve the said purpose the supporting pin 20 of substrate in this invention is changeable. The front side portion 22 is installed at the main body portion 2l. The top of the front side portion forms spherical surface shape. Moreover, the front side portion 22 is formed a porous body by sintering the plastic material. The porosity is 20% to 60%. Therefore, the heat will not accumulate at the front side portion of supporting pin. The contact portion with the substrate will not produce temperature difference. |
