Zusammenfassung:	A kind of fastening structure of interface card includes the computer housing and the combining tab. The opening slot and guiding device are provided at one side of the computer housing. The stop-moving device is provided at the adjacent another side. At the appropriate position of the opening slot is provided with the pressing sheet. The combining tab is formed at one end of the opening slot with respect to the pressing sheet and is bended to form the main body and the combining portion. The main-body is provided with the led device corresponding to the guiding device and the rotary fastening device that is mounted in a rotation manner corresponding to the stop-moving device. The combining portion corresponds to the pressing sheet such that the bended tab formed by bending the upper side of the slot tab is located at the pressing sheet after the slot tab of the interface card is mounted in the opening slot.
