Provided is a motor driving circuit for driving a first NMOS and a second NMOS being serially connected to the last output stage so that a motor can be driven, and the common connection point of the source of said first NMOS and the drain of said second NMOS is taken as the last output, being characterized in comprising a first PMOS and a third NMOS of which the common connection point of the respective gate thereof is connected to the gate of said first NMOS, a second PMOS and a fourth NMOS of which the common connection point of the respective drain thereof is connected to the gate of third NMOS, more than one PMOS, the drains thereof being connected to the gate of third NMOS, which are turned on so as to charge the gate capacity of said third NMOS as the last output is low while being turned off as the gate capacity of said third NMOS is charged, and more than one NMOS, the drains thereof being connected to the gate of said third NMOS, which are turned on so as to discharge the gate capacity of said third
