The adjusting apparatus is mounted in a main body and is plugged in by an end portion of the first guide bar. The adjusting apparatus comprises a bond and an adjusting sleeve. The bond is mounted in the main body and comprises a front section and a rear section. The front section and the rear section are formed an opening. The adjusting sleeve is inserted in by the end portion and is inserted into the opening. The adjusting sleeve comprises a front portion and a rear portion. The center of the front portion is identical to the center of the end portion, but is different to the center of the rear portion. The front portion is fastened by the first section on a first direction, and the rear portion is fastened by the second section on a second direction.
