Zusammenfassung:	The object of the present invention is to provide a light reflector and a substrate for light reflector having high light reflectance, thermal resistance, high temperature / high moisture resistance and shape stability. The inventors found out that the substrate for light reflector, which has laminated structure comprising polymer film (A), inorganic material layer(B), adhesive layer(C) and substrate(D), wherein said (A)(B)(C)(D) are laminated in the order of (A)/(B)/(C)/(D), and said inorganic material layer(B) comprising at least metal, metallic compound or the mixture thereof, has better thermal resistance, high temperature / high moisture resistance and shape stability than that of conventional ones. Said light reflector obtains high light reflectance and good decay resistance by laminating a metal layer(E), which contains silver or aluminum, on the surface of polymer film(A) of said substrate for light reflector.
