The method comprises a step of sequentially film-forming a first electrode material 41 and a first partition material 42 on an interlayer insulating film 30, a step of patterning the first electrode material 41 and the first partition material 42 with a mask PR to form the first electrode 41a and the first partition 42a in the same shape, and a step of forming the second partition 45 on the interlayer insulating film 30 and the first partition material 42.
