Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a gear transmission system of the optical disc device. The gear transmission system includes a first gear, a gear transmission set, a transmission plate and a frame. The gear transmission set having a second gear and a third gear. The transmission plate having a first rack and a second rack, a first guide groove and a second guide groove. The first rack faces to the first gear. The second rack faces to the third gear. The frame having a first guide pillar, a second guide pillar and a cantilever portion. The first guide pillar and the second guide pillar can freely engage with the first guide groove and the second guide groove separately. The cantilever portion faces to the third gear.
