System and method used at client's web page to display document and massive contents thereof

The invention utilizes the client's web page extension function to simultaneously load multiple document records and their massive contents or abstracts in identical web page, and further utilizes the document record as the item for active display tohide the massive contents or abstract of each document in web page and not to display automatically. If user intends to view the massive contents or abstract of certain specific document, need to use computer input device to instruct the display of the specific document. Then the place around the block at which the document record is located will appear another small window to display its contents. User can also use computer input device to instruct the cancellation of the small window, making the massive contents or abstract disappear and hide. With this, more documents can be arranged in a limited web page spacefor inquiry of its contents at any time.
