The form panel for placing concrete of the present invention is a form panel (30) comprising a hollow sheathing board (32) made of plastic with one surface forming a concrete placing surface (31), and hollow side boards (33) which are at right angles to the opposite side to the concrete placing surface (31) of the sheathing board (32) from both ends of the sheathing board (32). Projecting sections (40) running vertically project along an external surface (38) of the side plate (33), and one side surface of one of the projecting sections (40) is coplanar with the concrete placing surface (31) of the sheathing board (32). On the projecting sections (40), notch grooves (41) are formed at respectively the same position and orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the projecting sections (40).
