Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the chemical and pharmaceutical industry and medicine and concerns a novel pharmaceutical composition comprising mirtazapine and tizanidine or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, for treating pain disorders, said composition being characterized in that the mirtazapine content ranges from 15 to 60 mg and the tizanidine content ranges from 6 to 24 mg, wherein the mass ratio of mirtazapine to tizanidine as free bases is 2.5:1. The invention also relates to a pharmaceutical combination, a therapeutic drug, to the use thereof and to a method for treating a pain disorder.
