Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an improved process for the production of sulfuric acid and cement from gypsum, pertaining to the fields of production technology of sulfuric acid and cement, comprehensive utilization of industrial by-product gypsum resources and protection and treatment of the environment. The process is characterized in that, it uses natural or by-product gypsum containing CaSO4*2H2O as main component as the major raw material, and clay, coke and coal ash as adjuvant, and adopts the technologies including semi-hydrate stoving procedure of gypsum, single-stage grinding, raw meal mixing, decomposition and calcination in kiln with suspension preheater, electrostatic dust collecting at the kiln end, enclosed scrubbing and purifying with dilute acid and double-conversion double-absorption process to provide sulfuric acid and cement through 6 procedures comprising raw material homogenization, stoving and dehydration, raw meal preparation, clinker calcination, producing acid from kiln gas and cement grinding. The process has the following advantages: various raw materials can be used, and thus the dumping area of the gypsum slag and the contamination to environment are eliminated, and comprehensive utilization of sulfur resources is achieved; various new technologies and new equipments are adopted in the invention, such that large-scale production can be realized; the technology and process are advanced, and thus the process can be easily controlled; energy consumption is low, while the economic benefit is high, and no waste water and slag is discharged. |
