SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of heating core before placing it into groove of unit up to 650-800 C; heating the unit by heat of core up to temperature of walls of the groove over 300-350 C; performing cooling process with rate no more than 100 C/h. Heating of the unit is performed by induction current. EFFECT: enhanced serviceability of the method. 2 cl, 2 tbl Область применения: монтаж алюминиевых электролизеров и их капитальный ремонт. Сущность изобретения: перед установкой в паз блока стержень нагревают до 650-800 С; нагрев блока осуществляют теплом стержня до температуры стенок паза 300-350 С, а охлаждение ведут со скоростью не выше 100 С/ч.
