SUBSTANCE: material from thermal preparation zone 3 is fed to roasting zone 4 through bypass device 5; gas is fed through burners 11 whose section is sunken in housing to a depth of 0.9 to 1.1 of the diameter of the burner opening. After heat treatment, material is supplied to finished product cooler. Flue gases for roasting zone 4 are directed to cyclone 7 where they are diluted with cold air and excessive gas is discharged to dust-and-gas cleaning system 8 through bypass 13. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and improved quality of product. 2 dwg Изобретение относится к промышленности строительных материалов и позволяет повысить эксплуатационную надежность и качество готового продукта. Из зоны 3 термоподготовки материал по переточному устройству 5 поступает в зону 4 обжига, газ подается через горелки 11, срез которых утоплен в корпус на расстояние 0,9 1,1 диаметра отверстия горелки. Обработанный материал поступает в холодильник готового продукта. Дымовые газы из зоны 4 обжига направляются в циклон 7, разбавляются холодным воздухом, избыток газа через байпас 13 отводится в систему 8 пылегазоочистки. 2 ил.
