A torch (6) and a swivel device for swivelling the boom (5) are attached to the boom (5). The slide (2) with the boom (5) is suspended on the column (1) on a flexible member (15). One end of the flexible member (15) is connected to a means for moving the slide (2) on the column (1), and the other end is fastened to the boom (5) via a deflecting member in such a way that a torque is continuously applied to the boom (5) relative to the pivot axis of the boom (5).
