Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a change-speed transmission with a bevel and spur gear mechanism for driving the belt conveyor in above-ground coal mining. The invention relates to the constructional solution for the two-part case of the bevel and spur gear mechanism and the manner of mounting the rolling bearings of the driving bevel gear in the transmission case. It is the object of the invention to make a considerable improvement in the lubrication of the three bearings mentioned and to simplify the structure and manufacture of the transmission case. The essence of the invention of the bevel and spur gear mechanism with shafts in the horizontal position which are supported in a two-part case of the transmission, which is split in the axis of the shafts and consists of a lower part and a cover of the transmission case, lies in the constructional solution for the case of the transmission, in which the flanges of the lower part of the transmission for supporting the rolling bearings of the driving bevel gear are formed in the interior of the lower part and of the cover of the transmission casing. In this arrangement, the driving bevel gear is supported with its rolling bearings in the said flanges of the lower part of the transmission case such that, on one side, it is supported next to the hub in the flange, radially in a radial rolling bearing and axially in two axial barrel-type rolling bearings and, on its other side, is supported at the entry journal in the inner flange, radially in the radial rolling bearing.
