The claimed invention discloses 2- diethylaminoethyl-N-alkyl-N,N′-diethylixothiuronium of formula:capable of improving resistance of peripheral section of hearing analyzer to the effect of sound load and to the ototoxic effect of aminoglucosides. EFFECT: improved properties of the title compound.
