Zusammenfassung:	Adhesive compsn. comprises (pts.wt.) an unsatd. polymer soln. in an unsatd. monomer (100), a polymerisation initiator (0.1-8.0) a urethane modifier (2.25-23.5) comprising the reaction prod. of an aromatic diisocyanate with allyl alcohol, and a urethane prepolymer (7.65-76.5). The improvement is that the compsn. also contains a polyorganosiloxane-polyoxyalkylene block copolymer (I) (0.1-3.0) and a fluorinated alcohol (II) (0.5-10) of formula CnH2m+1OH (where n is 3-10). The compsn. is used for repairing ships' structures, fitting and repairing submarine pipelines and other underwater structures. The compsn. improves wetting of the surfaces to be bonded and is partic. suitable for corroded surfaces. It can be modified to meet various requirements, e.g. high moisture conditions, vibrations, corrosion, presence of petroleum prods. or porous substrates. The compsn. hardens within 90-120 mins..
