Zusammenfassung: | Cement kiln / lime kiln and high heat consumption devices are continuously heated by burning at least hot steam gas mixture from tire pyrolysis such way that: the disintegrated tires are pyrolyzed at high temperature in a separate pyrolysis reactor to form hot steam gas mixture, pyrolysis carbon and pyrolysis carbon steel cord remains; the hot steam-gas mixture is fed directly to a cement kiln / lime kiln or a device with a high heat consumption. Technologically, it is advantageous if the pyrolysis carbon from the tire pyrolysis is burned together with the steel cord when burning the hot steam gas mixture from the tire pyrolysis in the kiln. Also is advantageous if the solid organic waste is also pyrolyzed in separate pyrolysis rector.
Cementárenská pec/pec vápenky a zariadení s veľkou spotrebou tepla je kontinuálne vyhrievaná spaľovaním aspoň horúcej paroplynovej zmesi z pyrolýzy pneumatík tak, že: dezintegrované pneumatiky sa pri vysokej teplote pyrolyzujú v oddelenom pyrolýznom reaktore za vzniku horúcej paroplynovej zmesi, pyrolýzneho uhlíka a ostatkov oceľových kordov; horúca paroplynová zmes je k horeniu privádzaná bezprostredne do cementárenskej pece/pece vápenky alebo zariadenia s veľkou spotrebou tepla. Technologicky je výhodné, ak sa pri spaľovaní horúcej paroplynovej zmesi z pyrolýzy pneumatík v peci spaľuje aj pyrolýzny uhlík z pyrolýzy pneumatík spolu s ostatkami oceľových kordov, prípadne sa pyrolyzuje aj pevný organický odpad. |
