Zusammenfassung: | Prestressed composite wood-concrete panel and method of production of composite wood-concrete panels uses the natural elasticity of wood to pre-tension it. Stress and deformation are introduced into the wooden panel (1) by bending in the opposite direction to the effect of the load which will act on the panel during use. The stress value is close to the design resistance value of the wooden panel. The wooden panel (1) consists of glued or mechanically joined boards, planks or beams of grown wood. The prestressed wooden panel is thus bonded to the concrete layer (6). Bonding is carried out by means of mechanical bonding means (9) or gluing. The hardened concrete layer (6) stabilizes the arched shape of the panel by shear connection in the joint (5) between the wood and the concrete. After releasing the panel from the clamping device (3) and after removing the washer (2), the prestressed composite wood-concrete panel (7) has an overhang (8).
Predpätý spriahnutý drevo-betónový panel a spôsob výroby spriahnutých drevo-betónových panelov využíva prirodzenú pružnosť dreva na jeho predopnutie. Do dreveného panela (1) sa ohybom vnesie napätie a deformácia v opačnom zmysle proti účinku zaťaženia, ktorý bude počas užívania na panel pôsobiť. Hodnota napätia je blízka hodnote návrhovej odolnosti dreveného panela. Drevený panel (1) pozostáva z lepených alebo mechanicky spájaných dosák, fošní alebo trámov z rasteného dreva. Takto predpätý drevený panel sa spriahne s betónovou vrstvou (6). Spriahnutie sa realizuje pomocou mechanických spriahovacích prostriedkov (9) alebo lepenia. Vytvrdnutá betónová vrstva (6) šmykovým spojením v škáre (5) medzi drevom a betónom stabilizuje vyklenutý tvar panela. Po uvoľnení panela z upínacieho zariadenia (3) a po odstránení podložky (2) má predpätý spriahnutý drevo-betónový panel (7) nadvýšenie (8). |
