Zusammenfassung:	A closing collar is described for hot gas leading from ametallurgical device into agas withdrawing device. The closing collar comprises abasic body (7) and one sealing element or several sealing elements (8, 8a, 8b) fastened on the basic body (7) wherein the sealing elements cover the circuit of the basic body (7). At least one of the sealing elements (8, 8a, 8b) comprises asealing body (11) made of metal foam. According to the invention, the closing collar between steel making converter or EAF and above placed chimney extension (6) of a withdrawing chimney (5) used for hot gas leading from steel making converter (1) or EAF into the chimney extension (6). Je opísaný uzatvárací prstenec na prevádzanie horúceho plynu z metalurgického zariadenia do zariadenia odťahujúceho plyn, so základným telesom (7) a jedným tesniacim prvkom alebo niekoľkými tesniacimi prvkami (8, 8a, 8b) upevnenými na základnom telese (7), ktoré pokrývajú obvod základného telesa (7). Najmenej jeden tesniaci prvok (8, 8a, 8b) obsahuje tesniace teleso (11) z kovovej peny. Podľa vynálezu je takýto uzavárací prstenec medzi oceliarenským konvertorom (1) alebo EAF a nad ním umiestneným komínovým nástavcom (6) odťahového komína (5) použitý na prevádzanie horúceho plynu z oceliarenského konvertora (1) alebo EAF do komínového nástavca (6).
