Zusammenfassung:Thermo-acoustic, fire protection facing panel is created by connection two layers having different use and material composition. One layer consists of large supporting board, like plasterboard, chipboard, which provides final surface treatment of this panel and also acts as a supporting structure for the second layer. Second layer consists of consistent mixture based on perlite, which acts as a thermo-acoustic and fire protection, and the thickness of this layer depends on the requirements of protection efficiency . This mixture is a composed of the mineral components - perlite, cement, lime. Permanent connection of two layers creates large panel as precast unit for thermo-acoustic insulation and fire protection for use in building.
