Zusammenfassung: | A veneer from wood wool with a thickness of up to 1.5 mm consists of 90% by weight of dry sheared wood wool with a length of 2-4 cm and 10% by weight of polyvinyl acetate or starch glue. The method of producing wood wool veneer is that sheared wood wool is mixed with a 33% aqueous solution of polyvinyl acetate or starch glue and the mixed mixture is initially pressed at a temperature of 190°C at 2 MPa for 1 minute and then pressed at a pressure of 28 MPa so that after the high pressure is released followed by cold pressing at 20°C under a pressure of 13 MPa, while the entire pressing process takes approximately 2 minutes.
Dyha z drevitej vlny s hrúbkou do 1,5 mm pozostáva z 90 % hmotnostných suchej strižnej drevitej vlny s dĺžkou 2 - 4 cm a 10 % hmotnostných polyvinylacetátového alebo škrobového lepidla. |
