Zusammenfassung: | The essence of the method for the purification of lower alkyl galactosides consists in that the mixture obtained after enzymatic transglycosylation of lactose, containing lactose, glucose, galactose, residual alcohol and alkyl galactoside, is, after separating the alcohol, cultivated with yeasts selectively converting monosaccharides to ethanol at a temperature of 20 to 40 °C, a pH value of 3.0 to 7.0, in the presence of lactose with a concentration of 3 to 25% by weight, wherein the lactose is separated from the fermented medium by crystallization and subsequently the desired alkyl galactoside is obtained by standard isolation procedures.
Podstata spôsobu purifikácie nižších alkylgalaktozidov spočíva v tom, že zmes získaná po enzymatickej transglykozylácii laktózy, obsahujúca laktózu, glukózu, galaktózu, zvyškový alkohol a alkylgalaktozid, sa po odseparovaní alkoholu kultivuje s kvasinkami selektívne konvertujúcimi monosacharidy na etanol pri teplote 20 až 40 °C, hodnote pH 3,0 až 7,0 v prítomnosti laktózy s koncentráciou 3 až 25 % hmotn., pričom laktóza sa odstráni z vyfermentovaného média kryštalizáciou a následne sa požadovaný alkylgalaktozid získa štandardnými izolačnými postupmi. |
