Hermetic sleeve for reconstruction of high pressure distribution over cold during full operation comprising of a housing (1) axially split, at least for the two parts, the upper part (14) having an opening (17) for a inflow passage (2) and an opening (18) for a outlet passage ( 11) and in its inner part is at the point of the opening (17) of the inflow passage (2) arranged a spacer element (7) at the inlet and at the point of the opening (18) for the outlet passage (11) a positioning element (12) at the outlet; a sealing system (16) overlaying the end of the housing (1) of the sleeve and together a wall (10) of the pressure distribution, comprising at least of a shrinkable band (3) on its placed a fastening band (4) and a contractive band (5) located on the two edge portions of the unit formed by connecting of the shrinkable band (3) and the fastening band (4); the inflow / outlet assembly consisting of the inflow passage (2), the outlet passage (11) provided in a top (14) of the housing of the sleeve and located in the opening (17) for the inflow passage and the opening (18) for the outlet passage, of adistance member (6 ) placed on a wall (10) of the pressure distribution around the circumference of the end part of the housing (1) of the sleeve; and of a distribution channel (9) formed between the wall (10) of the pressure distribution, the edge of the housing (1) of the sleeve and the shrinkable band (3); afilling (8) located in the space between the housing (1) of the sleeve and the wall (10) of the pressure distribution and area of a distribution channel (9). In the case of the arrangement of a number of sleeves one after another, this arrangement further includes a sealing system (16) of next sleeve overlaying the end of the next housing (1) at the same end of the sleeve and a housing (1') of next sleeve.
