It is described a benzopyran derivatives of the formula (I) or (II), or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof wherein R1 and R2 are methyl group, R3 is hydroxy group, R4 is hydrogen atom, R5 is hydrogen atom, the (CH2)m-V-(CH2)n moiety is -CH2-CH2-, R6 is C6-14aryl group or C2-9heteroaryl group, which may be arbitrarily substituted with 1 to 3 R10; C2-4alkyl group; C3-8cycloalkyl group; C3-8cycloalkenyl group which may be arbitrarily substituted with halogen atom, carboxy group or hydroxyl group, R10 is a halogen atom, a hydroxy group or an amino group and the ring structure A is chose from nitrogen heterocycles; pharmaceutical composition comprising said derivative and its use for treating arrhythmia.
