Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to process of preparing quinazoline compounds of the general formula (1) and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts and solvates thereof, as well as structurally related compounds. The foregoing compounds are useful in the treatment of hyperproliferative disorders, such as cancers, in mammals. The subject is also the starting compound of this process. Vynález sa týka spôsobu prípravy chinazolínovej zlúčeniny všeobecného vzorca (1) a jej farmaceuticky prijateľných solí a solvátov a rovnako štruktúrne príbuzných zlúčenín. Tieto zlúčeniny sú použiteľné pri liečbe hyperproliferačných chorôb, napríklad rakoviny, u cicavcov. Predmetom je i východisková zlúčenina uvedeného spôsobu.
