Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to antibodies highly selective for RG1 polypeptides, or fragments thereof, which may be employed in a method for diagnosis and/or detection of RG1 expression, which may be associated with prostate cancer. The invention further relates to immunoconjugates comprising an isolated antibody or antibody fragment conjugated to a therapeutic agent for selective destruction of a cell, and therapeutic and diagnostic use of said antibodies and immunoconjugates. Sú opísané protilátky vysoko selektívne pre polypeptidy RG1 alebo fragmenty týchto protilátok, ktoré je možné využiť na diagnostiku a/alebo detekciu expresie RG1, ktorá by mohla byť spojená s rakovinou prostaty. Ďalej sú opísané imunokonjugáty zahrnujúce izolovanú protilátku alebo jej fragment konjugovaný s terapeuticky účinnou látkou určené na selektívnu deštrukciu bunky, ako aj terapeutické a diagnostické použitie uvedených protilátok a imunokonjugátov.
