Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are N-(2-aryl-propionyl)-sulfonamides of formula (I), pharamaceutical preparations containing them and their use for inhibiting neutrophils chemotaxis and degranulation induced by interleukin-8 (IL-8). The invention also relates to the use of R-(-)-2-[(4-isobutyl)phenyl]propionamide for inhibiting neutrophils chemotaxis and degranulation induced by IL-8. Opísané sú N-2-arylpropionylsulfónamidy všeobecného vzorca (I), farmaceutické prostriedky s ich obsahom a ich použitie na inhibíciu chemotaxie a degranulácie neutrofilov indukovaných interleukínom 8 (IL-8). Na inhibíciu chemotaxie a degranulácie neutrofilov indukovaných IL-8 je opísané aj použitie R-(-)-2-[(4- izobutyl)fenyl]propiónamidu.
