From the coding (16) by irreversible encryption method (10) is created the check information (12') and for enabling device (20) is the check information (12') compared with the check information (12) stored in the device (20). Spôsob je určený na zabránenie neoprávnenému používaniu prístroja (20), najmä autorádia. Z kódovania (16) sa prostredníctvom nevratného kódovacieho postupu (10) vytvorí kontrolná informácia (12') a na uvoľnenie prístroja (20) sa táto kontrolná informácia (12') porovná s kontrolnou informáciou (12) uloženou v prístroji (20).
