Pharmaceutical composition based on ibuprofen and procedure for the preparation thereof

Pharmaceutical composition comprises ibuprofen lysinate in combination with beta-cyclodextrin, the weight ratio being between 1:2 and 1:4, and other pharmaceutically acceptable excipients selected from the group consisting of sodium saccharine, sodium cyclamate, lemon oil, sodium citrate and sucrose. Procedure for the preparation of the pharmaceutical composition comprises the stages of : (a) sieving the ibuprofen salt and the beta-cyclodextrin separately; (b) mixing said two components; (c) submitting the resulting mixture to an ultrarapid mixing; and (d) sieving and mixing the previous mixture along with the pharmaceutically acceptable excipients. Farmaceutický prípravok obsahuje lyzinát ibuprofénu v kombinácii s beta-cyklodextrínom v hmotnostnom pomere 1 : 2 až 1 : 4 a ďalšie farmaceuticky prijateľné excipienty vybrané zo skupiny pozostávajúcej zo sodnej soli sacharínu, cyklamátu sodného, citrónovej silice, citranu sodného a sacharózy. Spôsob prípravy tohto farmaceutického prípravku zahrnuje preosiatie ibuprofénovej soli a beta-cyklodextrínu, ich zmiešanie, podrobenie výslednej zmesi extrémne rýchlemu miešaniu a preosiatie a zmiešanie tejto zmesi spolu s farmaceuticky prijateľnými excipientmi.
