Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an apparatus where the filling hopper (8) connects to the inlet (10) of the preheating chamber through a feeder (9). There is a treating chamber (20) linked to the preheating chamber, which is limited by limiting walls (22) made of insulating material among two parallel armaments (21). The outlet of the cooling chamber (30), connected to the treating chamber (20), is connected to a conveyor device (2) through a feeder (9') with continuous regulable speed. The high frequency generator (40) with direct electric connection with the treating chamber (20) is linked to the regulator unit (41) by a two directional control ca-ble. One of the inputs of the regulator unit is connected to a pressure transducer (43) arranged in one end of the gas thermometer (42), which is fixed inside the treating chamber (20) through a hole made in the limiting walls (22) of the treating chamber (20) or in one of the armaments (21), and one output is in controlling con-nection with the feeder (9') having continuous regulable speed.
V zariadení vyúsťuje násypka (8) cez prvý dávkovač (9) do vstupného otvoru predhrievacej komory (10). Pripojený pracovný priestor (20) na spracovaniemateriálu je ohraničený v podstate stenami (22) zizolantu medzi paralelnými kovovými doskami (21).Výstupný otvor nadväzujúcej chladiacej komory (30) je pripojený k dopravníku (2) materiálu cez druhý dávkovač (9') s regulovateľnými otáčkami. Vysokofrekvenčný generátor (40), ktorý je v priamom elektrickom kontakte s pracovným priestorom (20), je vobojstrannom regulačnom zapojení s regulátorom (41). Jeden z jeho vstupov je spojený so snímačom tlaku (43) osadeným na druhom konci plynového teplomera (42), ktorý je do pracovného priestoru (20) vsunutý cez otvor vytvorený v stene (22) pracovného priestoru (20) alebo v doske (21), a jeden z výstupov je v regulačnom zapojení s druhým dávkovačom (9') s plynule regulovateľnými otáčkami. |
