| Zusammenfassung: | A pharmaceutical composition in the form of effervescent tablets comprise an active ingredient and an effervescent couple comprising an acidic component and sodium glycine carbonate as alkaline component. The acid component is selected from the group consisting of fumaric acid, maleic acid, their salts and mixtures thereof. Tablets are prepared by direct compression in normal thermo-hygrometric conditions and with standard tabletting equipment.
Farmaceutický prípravok vo forme šumivých tabliet obsahuje účinnú zložku a šumivú dvojicu obsahujúcu kyslú zložku a sodnú soľ glycínkarbonátu ako alkalickú zložku. Kyslá zložka sa vyberá zo skupiny obsahujúcej kyselinu fumarovú, kyselinu maleínovú, ich soli a zmesi. Tablety sa vyrábajú priamou kompresiou za normálnych termo-hygrometrických podmienok a pri štandardnom tabletovacom vybavení.ŕ |
